San Juan Antitrust and Trade Litigation Attorneys
The Antitrust and Trade Regulation Practice Group at Goldman provides counsel and litigation services designed to allow our clients to achieve their business goals without jeopardizing their compliance with antitrust and competition laws.
Our attorneys represent attorneys in diverse markets and industries, including significant experience in these industries: oil and gas, consumer products, healthcare, retail and technology.
We have experience providing counseling, advocacy and litigation services in many areas of antitrust and competition law, including pricing and distribution, mergers and acquisitions, unfair trade practices, joint ventures, trade associations, monopolization, consumer protection and false advertising, unfair competition, and private litigation and enforcement. Our litigation services extend from the Puerto Rico courts to federal courts with jurisdiction over Puerto Rico issues, including the U.S. District Court, District of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. In addition to our litigation experience, we assist our clients to plan and achieve their business objectives without exposure to unnecessary risk of violating federal and Puerto Rico antitrust and competition laws.
