Mr. Villamil has more than forty years experience. He is engaged primarily in Real Estate Law and in general corporate practice. He has been actively engaged in the multiple facets of industrial and commercial real estate developments such as land acquisitions, governmental permits, leasing, purchase and sale contracts, financings and negotiations with public agencies. He presently represents several state-side retail chains and shopping center owners.
