Reggie Diaz-Hernandez is an associate in the Labor & Employment Law Department and joined the Firm after working as a law clerk in the Firm for two years.  His main areas of practice include general labor and employment legislation, including employment termination, discrimination and retaliation claims, ERISA litigation, among other areas, in both local and federal courts. His practice also includes Immigration Law.
