Pedro A. Morell is a shareholder of the Firm and a member of the Corporate and Banking Law Department. Mr. Morell's principal areas of practice include commercial transactions, contracts, real estate, banking and business law, with particular emphasis on commercial and construction finance and secured transactions. He supervises the firm's real estate and commercial lending practice and has extensive experience in all types of commercial finance, including interim and permanent construction loans, asset-based lending, floor-planning and operational credit facilities, and has particular expertise in the law of secured transactions, whether involving real estate, personal property or intangibles.
