Maritza I. Gomez is a Partner in the Labor and Employment Department. Before joining the Firm she worked as a Trial Attorney in the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Miami litigating cases in Florida, Connecticut and Puerto Rico. Ms. Gomez is licensed to practice Law in Puerto Rico and in Florida. Ms. Gomez counsels and represents employers in various employment related areas including employment discrimination, medical leaves of absences, domestic violence at the workplace, and wrongful termination. Ms. Gomez has also worked representing clients in sports and entertainment law issues.
