Jose Manuel Biaggi-Landron joined the firm's Corporate & Banking Law Department as Of Counsel in 2009. Mr. Biaggi concentrates his practice in various areas of commercial and banking transactions such as: secured transactions, litigation, real estate law, complex acquisitions and their financing for various industries such as hospitals and shopping centers. Mr. Biaggi is also an adjunct professor in the University of Puerto Rico School of Law.
