The Immigration Practice Group offers advice and representation in the area of business immigration law before all the bureaus of the Department of Homeland Security (USCIS, CBP and ICE) and the Department of State.
This includes the filing of petitions for H-1B, L and P non-immigrant visas, consular representation in applications for E and TN visas, employment based executive immigration, naturalization, employer sanctions and limited detention and removal issues.
