José J. Fas-Quinones is Of Counsel and member of the Labor and Employment Law Department.  During his career as an attorney Mr. Fas has represented a distinguished list of corporate clients in employment law and labor relations issues before the Courts and administrative agencies of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.  Mr. Fas also has extensive experience in collective bargaining processes always representing the employer.  Mr. Fas also has administrative experience and knowledge of the principles and practices of human resources management both at the private and public sectors after serving in several diverse organizations in positions such as Assistant Vice President of Caribbean Bioresearch, Inc., Director of Adjudicative Processes and labor Counsel of the Puerto Rico Tourism Company, Human Resources and Industrial Relations Director of Ondeo Of Puerto Rico and Assistant Treasury Department Secretary for Human Resources and Labor Affairs.  Mr Fas has also served as Lecturer at the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico teaching specialized courses in Labor Legislation and Political Science.  Mr. Fas has participated as Guest Speaker in numerous conferences and seminars sponsored by different organizations throughout the island and foreign countries such as Mexico.
