Grisselle Bermudez-Rodriguez is a Senior Associate in the Labor and Employment Department of the Firm. She is also a member of the Health Law Practice Group providing legal assistance to health related institutions, such as hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceuticals, pharmacies, health clinics, sole practitioners and managed care organizations. While in law school she was the Editor in Chief of the Interamerican University Law Review. Ms. Bermudez obtained an LL.M. in Health Law (with Honors) from the Loyola University Chicago, Illinois in 2007 and while studying worked as an extern with the American Medical Association and with Northwestern Memorial Hospital, both located in Chicago. Before embarking on her Master's degree she worked as a consultant to the Puerto Rico Department of Health and other clients implementing the HIPAA Privacy and Security Regulation - and as an attorney handling diverse cases in contracts, health law, personal injury, labor and real estate.
