Giovanni Davila joined the firm's Corporate & Banking Law Department as an associate in 2009. He will concentrate his practice in real estate matters, government contracts, mergers and acquisitions, secured transactions and general corporate law. Before joining the firm, Mr. Davila worked as an advisor in the public finance department at the Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico.
