Francisco de Jesus-Schuck has been practicing law for over 40 years. Mr. de Jesus concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and corporate transactions, such as sales, mergers and acquisitions, hotel and resort development, Caribbean Basin Projects, franchising and condominium law.

He is a graduate of Villanova University with a Major in Finance, and the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, having been a member of the UPR Law Review. Mr. de Jesus was Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and Chief of Staff to the Governor of Puerto Rico. He was Co-Chairman of the Justice Reform Council and a member of the Financial Council of the Governor. He has been a member of the Board of Bar Examiners and Advisor to the Puerto Rico Development Company and Director of the Caribbean Basin Project Financing Authority. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association and of the American Bar Foundation.
