Ramon E. Dapena is a shareholder who has been practicing law since 1978. His practice concentrates on litigation and on providing counsel on matters of antitrust law in industries as diverse as oil and gas, film distribution and exhibition, and provision of health services. A consummate mentor of young professionals, Mr. Dapena has extensive knowledge and experience in health law, and practices before administrative agencies and Puerto Rico and federal courts in disputes involving product liability, construction, franchise and distribution contracts, and various other types of civil and commercial contracts.
