Johanna Estrella joined the firm's Corporate and Banking Law Department in 2005. Specific areas of Ms. Estrella's experience include representation of real estate developers in residential and tourism projects, residential and commercial lending and real estate transactions. Ms. Estrella also provides legal counsel to clients on local Condominium Law issues, corporate reorganizations, contracts and general corporate, regulatory and compliance matters. Ms. Estrella is a staff editor and frequent contributor to the firm's newsletter, Puerto Rico Business Law Developments. Estrella is also a licensed public notary and real estate broker for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
