Johanna Estrella is a Senior Associate in the firm's Corporate and Banking Law Department, with experience in commercial lending, loan workouts, corporate transactions, real estate projects, land development, and contracts in general. Ms. Estrella also provides legal counsel to clients on local Condominium Law issues, and general corporate, regulatory and compliance matters. Ms. Estrella is a staff editor and frequent contributor to the firm's newsletter, Puerto Rico Business Law Developments. Estrella is also a licensed public notary and real estate broker for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
