Heber E. Lugo-Rigau is Special Counsel in the Firm's for Labor & Employment Law Department.  Mr. Lugo-Rigau has vast experience representing corporate clients in connection with a wide range of labor and employment law matters in State and Federal court, as well as before administrative agencies such as the National Labor Relations Board, the Puerto Rico Labor Relations Board, Labor Arbitration and Collective Bargaining, including matters of employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, unpaid wages and breach of employment contacts.  Mr. Lugo regularly engages in the presentation of seminars to the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce, Labor Relations Practitioners Association, Puerto Rico Manufacturer's Association, Association of Puerto Rico Products and clients, in a broad range of employment and labor issues such as wage and hours matters, terminations, downsizing, closings, federal and state anti-discrimination statutes, and a variety of employment issues concerning benefits and also in the context of corporate mergers and acquisitions.
