Gladys Fontanez-Reyes is a Principal Associate in the Corporate and Banking Law Department.  Mrs. Fontanez's main areas of practice are banking and finance, real estate, mortgage law and property registry issues, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, business organizations and other transactional matters. Mrs. Fontanez also assists clients in structuring commercial transactions, purchase and sale of businesses, as well counseling clients on the organization of business entities and general corporate matters.   Mrs. Fontanez is also a licensed notary public and a Certified Public Accountant.
