Francisco J. Garcia is a shareholder of the firm and a member of the Corporate and Banking Law Department. He also heads the Merger & Acquisitions & Reorganizations Practice Group. Mr. Garcia commenced at GAC in June 1987 and concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate transactions and securities and public finance. He has also participated in several municipal and government bond issues, acting at times as a bond counsel and others as counsel to the underwriter, the borrower or the letter of credit bank.  He has been involved in several capacities in transactions involving real estate projects and land developments, roads and governmental infrastructure, petrochemicals, pharmaceutical plants, telephone and public utilities, transportation facilities, manufacturing plants, warehouses, office buildings, and residential and public housing projects, among many others. In addition, he provides general corporate counseling and contract interpretation to several clients.
