Edgardo Colon-Arraras is of-counsel to the firm and has practiced as a trial and arbitration attorney in the Litigation and Trial Practice Department of the Firm since 1987. The majority of his current work revolves around complex civil claims involving environmental/toxic damage, intellectual property, distribution, and contractual disputes. In light of the nature of Puerto Rico's civil litigation practice, Mr. Colon-Arraras has had experience over the years in areas of procedural law such as class actions and multi-district litigation, and areas of substantive law such as insurance, product liability, securities, tax litigation and banking.
