Since clerking for a federal district judge in the District of Puerto Rico, Edgardo Cartagena-Santiago, a shareholder, has had nearly thirty years of experience in three major San Juan law firms in litigation, arbitration, mediation and negotiation on both sides of complex commercial and construction cases involving large corporate clients. Among his areas of expertise are franchising and distribution, construction disputes, intellectual property and health law.
