Carlos R. Pastrana-Torres is a Senior Associate of the Firm, with experience in the areas of labor and employment law, immigration and naturalization law, sports and entertainment law and general civil litigation. While a law student, Mr. Pastrana was a member of the University of Puerto Rico Law Review and published an article in said journal. He has handled a wide array of matters, including wrongful termination, sexual harassment, all forms of discrimination, retaliation, defamation, benefit and compensation, torts, naturalization and citizenship petitions, contract law and sports and entertainment issues. Mr. Pastrana has practiced before both State and Federal Courts and agencies in Puerto Rico and the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals.
