Angel X. Viera-Vargas is a Partner and member of the Labor & Employment Law Department, where he chairs the Immigration Practice Group. Mr. Viera often represents businesses, executives, and professional personnel in a myriad of issues before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and Immigration and Customs Enforcement. He is also an active trial lawyer in both Federal and Commonwealth courts, where he has successfully represented management in diverse cases involving political, disability, gender, national origin and retaliation discrimination claims. Further, he is a frequent lecturer on those subjects in seminars, workshops and round tables.
