Angel D. Marrero Murga is a Senior Associate in the Firm's Tax Department. Mr. Marrero-Murga's practice includes corporate tax, tax incentives laws and state and local taxes. He devotes a substantial part of his time in handling local and state tax issues as well as providing financial analysis to the Firm's clients in order to compare different tax planning options and investment opportunities available. He also has experience in negotiating requests for rulings with the Puerto Rico Treasury Department as well as the negotiation of tax exemption grants with the Puerto Rico Office of Industrial Tax Exemption. Mr. Marrero-Murga has developed and presented tax education seminars for both the Firm's clients as well as the Puerto Rico Bar Association.
