Angel Berberena is a partner and member of the Labor and Employment Law Department. His practice involves active litigation and advising employers and management in employment and personnel practices. He has defended employers in litigation before federal and state courts and represents employers before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the U.S. Department of Labor, as well as related state and local agencies.
