Alicia Lamboy-Mombille is a Limited Member of the Firm and member of the Corporate & Banking Law Department, where she specializes in Environmental Law. Ms. Lamboy-Mombille’s work focuses on land use, zoning, environmental, natural resources, energy, and construction law.

Her practice includes assisting clients in securing environmental clearances, zoning and construction permits, site development, and operation approvals issued by Federal and Commonwealth agencies, and autonomous Municipalities. In her practice she represents clients involved in alternative renewable energy projects, in areas related to power purchase agreements, zoning, permitting and interconnection issues.

Ms. Lamboy-Mombille delivers advice in the preparation of environmental assessments and environmental impact statements for compliance with environmental public policy requirements, and in location consultation, zoning and permitting aspects required for the development of residential, commercial, industrial and utility projects. She represents industrial and commercial clients in environmental compliance issues related to air, water and land pollution control and natural resource regulations and provides assistance in environmental due diligence and permitting investigations related to commercial transactions. She also assists clients in securing licenses and authorizations required to start operations and, in registration of regulated products with regulatory agencies.
